• Location: Remote (India)

• Work Hours: +am – 5pm US EST
Responsibilities:
• Directly report to the Managing Director and the CEO of the company.
• The Group HR & TA Manager must be able to lead the HR and Talent Acquisition team of up to 8 members.
• This position requires you to oversee all aspects of human resources for the organization primarily for our employees in India (primarily), US and Canada as well.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all employees.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure that all HR obligations are carried out in compliance with the local employment law and company policy, and that any risk to the business is minimized.
• Be the custodian and promoter of our employer brand by devising employee engagement programs, etc.
• Handle employee grievances and other day to day challenges in an effective and efficient manner.
• Compensation planning for all internal roles.
• Candidate should be responsible for Human Resources Management Software (including Performance Management System, HR/Payroll and Applicant Tracking Systems)
• The capability to supervise the delivery of high-quality HR functions.
• Implement innovative concepts to increase employee/candidate engagement.
• Knowledge of people management, succession planning, and development, as well as the creation and delivery of training programs tailored to the needs of employees and the business.
Performance Expectations:
• Automate Performance Management (Keka) for all employees (i.e. KRA tracking and quarterly reviews) within +0 days of joining.
• Ultimate responsibility to grow the total employee strength to 125 by end of 2026 and grow at 20% YoY.
• Responsible for Retention and help keep the attrition rate under 15%
• Create an Employer Brand Plan within 180 days of joining and implement parts of the plan by end of first year anniversary with the company.
• Hire, Train, Mentor and Retain HR &TA staff – ongoing.
• Maintain complete employee records (i.e. offer letters, support documentation, background checks, absence, quarterly reviews, warning letters, separation documentation etc.)
• Respond in effective and efficient manner to any external or internal audit.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role within professional services and staffing industry.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (specifically Performance Management System)
• Excellent Written and oral presentation skills
• Leadership Presence and skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• Masters in HR or equivalent from Universities similar to XLRI. (preferred
