Job Description: DRS Group is seeking a talented and experienced Group HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Group HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources function across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's vision, mission, and business objectives. - Ensure effective implementation and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices. - Drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent. - Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. - Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Drive the compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. - Maintain accurate HR records, data analysis, and reporting for management review. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR policies and practices accordingly. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. - Proven experience (minimum of 8-10 years) in a senior HR management role, preferably within the mining, infrastructure, or heavy equipment industry. - In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices in India. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
