JOB DESCRIPTION
Join us as Growth Associate, learn from our Growth Manager and take ownership of a variety of existing and new marketing channels.
If you are analytical and data driven, this is the right role for you.
Expect to learn at lightning speed about paid channels, referrals, A/B testing, bots, branding and more.
This role collaborates closely with a cross-functional team of operators and engineers to ensure that we are acquiring high-quality users and prepared to scale.
You will have a major impact on our growth trajectory: you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of consumer needs, identify new opportunities for traffic growth, and defining strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Drive, test, measure, and iterate on various types of growth campaigns to generate new demand
Take a highly analytical approach to measuring performance and turn insights into actionable plans
Research new marketing trends and keep the team informed
Optimize marketing budget by quantifying most efficient growth channels
Handle advertising campaigns on Facebook advertising, Google adwords platforms - strategize, publish, monitor, optimize, deliver.
Work closely with our design team to create highly effective cratives to achieve record CTRs
Experiment new creative formats and find best ways to deliver value out of them
Create phoenomenal experience in our remarketing campaigns by telling a progressive story in different touchpoints
Develop and make use of automation tools to fine tune the campaigns and achieve accurate results
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
Strong quantitative analytic skills
A successful track record of growing consumer-centric customer acquisition campaigns
Background and ability to manage brand and creative development
Multi-channel marketing expertise and marketing partner development
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university ideally with a quantitative or technical concentration
