Designation - Key Growth Manager
Exp - min 2 yrs into Healthcare and Healthtech and onboarding Gynecologists' for the organization along with Retention of the doctors
It's an Individual Contributor role
Location - Noida / Faridabad/ Gurgaon / Jaipur

Role & Responsibilities -
Discovering Leads:
Making Meetings:
Visiting Doctor Clinic:
Dropping Material: To be broken in 2 parts
Retention of Activated Doctors (Own Your Doctors)
KGM KPIs
● Metro / Tier1&2
● 48 Created Meetings, 42 Check-ins (Attempted), and 36 Met doctors (Weekly Basis).
● 8 Created Meetings, 7 Check-ins, and 6 Met-Doctor
● Created Meetings ratio (4 Onboarding meetings + 2 Enrolment meetings)
● 1 OPD Clinic every day
● Monthly 5 Doctors to be Onboarded
● Activation/retention-handover meetings should be planned(created in the calendar) on next/coming Monday itself.
● Timely Completion of Reports.
