What You'll Do
• Develop an innovative, AI-driven talent acquisition strategy
• Create and implement real-time hiring processes that align with our fast-paced, ever-changing needs
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and data analytics to identify and attract top talent
• Build a diverse and flexible gig team that can quickly adapt to new projects and challenges
• Continuously optimize our recruitment process using AI insights and predictive analytics
What We're Looking For
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for AI and its applications in HR
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI/ML, Organizational Psychology, or HR Management with a focus on AI)
• Proven experience in designing innovative recruitment processes, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in talent acquisition
• Ability to think outside the box and challenge traditional recruitment paradigms
• Experience with data-driven decision making and predictive analytics in hiring
Nice-to-Haves
• Certifications in AI-driven HR technologies or relevant fields
• Published research or thought leadership pieces on the future of work or AI in recruitment
• Experience in building and managing remote or gig-based teams
