As Growth Manager, you will build and own the offline acquisition engine end-to-end. This role is focused on driving growth through on-ground channels, from ideation to execution to optimization.
The Job
• Own offline growth strategy and execution across channels
• Plan and execute on-ground activations across airports, residential societies, communities, campuses and student ambassador programs, events and sponsorships. Identify new offline channels and continuously experiment with formats and approaches
• Build and manage partnerships with relevant channels like airlines, airports, housing societies, event organizers, banks, and OTAs
• Manage activation agencies, vendors, and field teams to ensure high-quality execution
• Work with the Performance team to enable offline-to-online attribution and tracking
• Develop repeatable playbooks to scale activations across cities
The ideal candidate
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in offline marketing and on-ground activations
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale activation campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of offline channel performance, economics, and optimization
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, field teams, and partnerships
• Data-informed and experimental mindset with ability to evaluate and iterate on campaigns
• Scrappy, ownership-driven operator comfortable with both strategy and on-ground execution in fast-paced environments
