Pest Control Operator

🔹 Job Role:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Pest Control Operator to carry out pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The candidate should be familiar with safe chemical usage, treatment methods, and customer service practices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Inspect buildings and surroundings for signs of pests or infestations

Identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment plans

Apply pesticides, fumigants, and traps according to safety standards and regulations

Perform routine pest control services at customer locations

Explain procedures and safety precautions to clients before and after treatments

Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Record service details, chemicals used, and treatment areas for compliance

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Communicate with clients and report any follow-up actions needed

🔹 Requirements:

10th pass or above; Certification in Pest Control (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in pest control services

Knowledge of pest control chemicals, equipment, and safety practices

Physically fit and able to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions

Willing to travel locally to client sites

Good communication and customer service skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:

Experience in termite, rodent, and general pest control treatments

Valid driving license (if field work is required)

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
