PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE SHIFT TIME: (7:30 PM-3:30 AM IST) Key Responsibilities: Outbound Growth & Demand Generation Build and scale outbound marketing programs to drive awareness and generate pipeline.
Develop and execute high-performing outbound sequences targeting ICPs across key industries (Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, Legal, and Real Estate).
Leverage intent-based data, enrichment tools, and outbound automation to increase lead conversions.
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (SEO, search, Display, social, email, content marketing, cold email, outreach, direct mail, and outbound calling support).
Partner with Sales and SDRs to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach cadences.
Channel Ownership & Optimization Build, execute, and optimize outbound email marketing, cold outreach, engagement, and direct mail campaigns.
Leverage data from tools like Apollo, Clay, Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, and Sales Navigator to refine outreach strategies.
Own key digital channels such as Google Ads, , Facebook, and programmatic advertising.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Personalization Launch ABM programs that engage high-value accounts across email, , and personalized SDR Outreach.
Work with Sales to refine lead scoring, qualification criteria, and follow-up strategies for outbound leads.
Tech Stack & Marketing Automation Manage outbound tools such as Apollo, Clay, Reply.io, Lemlist, Hub Spot, and Zoho CRM to scale outreach.
Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) by refining cold outreach, landing pages, and inbound retargeting.
Implement AI-powered outreach, personalization, and workflow automation to drive efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2 B Saa S environment.
Proven expertise in paid marketing (Google, , Facebook), ABM, and outbound prospecting.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Zoho CRM, Hub Spot Marketing, and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Apollo, Reply.io, Lemlist, Clay) and outbound tools.
Data-driven mindset —able to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Strong ability to own and execute projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Deep expertise in intent-based targeting, list-building, enrichment, and segmentation.
