Job Description
Our client is a Pre Series funded healthcare start-up operating in the Niche segment, backed by NEXUS and other angel investors with more than $4 M in the seed funding, with a strong leadership team operating out of Bangalore.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketer, your main duties include developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and company goals.
Core Responsibilities
• Work with cross functional team to establish growth strategies
• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey; find new and innovative ways to increase retention
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement; A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
• Manage SEO
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data
Desired Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in growth and marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills and a creative mind
• Have a good experience in people, resource and agency management
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
• Experience in Health tech or healthcare space is a plus
• Experience of working in a fast-growing startup is a plus
