We're looking for a fun young Growth Marketer to join our Metaverse start-up Filter You - A fun design AR VR company. Our company is inspired by our Casper - A chow-chow puppy.

As Growth Marketer at Filter You, you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. You'll work together with our content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, as a Growth Marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Filter You can enter the next stage of growth.
• You should be able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative and should have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels.
• Skilled in experimentation.
• Should be able to get solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Should have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
• Must be able to talk to clients and work with them for the best possible solutions.
• English proficiency
