At Wundrsight Healthcare, we are seeking a talented and passionate Growth Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and drive awareness for our innovative VR therapy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with healthcare institutions, mental health professionals, and clinicians to develop and execute co-marketing opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships and driving adoption of our VR therapy solutions.
• Design and implement effective awareness and education campaigns, leveraging various channels and platforms to educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of Wundrsight's VR therapy.
• Organize and coordinate events, workshops, webinars, seminars, and conferences to showcase our VR therapy solutions, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and engage with potential clients and industry influencers.
• Participate in relevant conferences, meetups, and industry events to increase brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and connect with potential partners and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and drive growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in project management and event planning.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to make a positive impact on mental health outcomes.
