Roles & Responsibilities
Were looking for growth marketing, a role which will have KPIs bucketed into –
• Lead generation - digital marketing (email, SM), events
• Brand visibility - PR (via agency)
• Content marketing - Blogs, articles, etc. (via agency)
While the above will be individual contribution areas, the person will also be responsible for branding and collateral design in a supervisory role.
Key Skills + Requirements will include –
• Ability to understand the customer, the product, the value proposition.
• Communicate the above effectively via written and verbal articulation.
• Strong bias for action and experimentation
• Experience in running email marketing campaigns / willingness to learn & execute the same.
• Excellent written communication skills. Copywriting ability is a strong plus.
• Attention to detail - both in terms of copy and design.
