The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Growth & Marketing Manager (Business Operations) to drive business growth, manage client relationships, lead internal operations, and scale our migration and recruitment practice. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and streamline daily operations for migration, recruitment, and client services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new clients.
Lead skilled recruitment processes and employer-sponsored visa placements.
Oversee digital engagement, including content marketing, CRM campaigns, and brand messaging.
Maintain accurate workflows and client records using Google Suite and CRM systems.
Foster a high-performing, outcome-focused team culture.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in marketing, business development, recruitment, operations, or client management.
Strong interpersonal skills—confident engaging with business owners, executives, and individuals.
Tech-savvy and experienced with cloud platforms (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, CRM tools).
Commercial thinker with strong organizational and execution skills.
Solutions-focused mindset—proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
Cultural intelligence and international business awareness highly valued.
No formal degree requirement—achievements, mindset, and drive matter most.

Experience in the migration, education, or recruitment industry.
Exposure to tech-enabled sales, CRM-driven marketing, or digital client engagement models.
Leadership experience in startup, fast-paced, or international business environments.
Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Nepali, Mandarin, Hindi, Tagalog, Indonesian) to support our diverse client base.
Ideal for a migration law graduate or a qualified lawyer passionate about focusing their career on Australian immigration law and business consulting.
