Collaborate with business and technical teams to align monitoring solutions with organizational goals

Job description
Title: Guardium Administrator
Location: Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 day onsite, 2 day remote)
Duration: 12 - 18 months
DayToDay Responsbilities:
• Manage Guardium infrastructure, including nearly 2,000 appliances and 5,000 database servers.
• Monitor alerts and database activity, ensuring systems operate seamlessly.
• Perform agent health checks, restarts, and maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Deploy, patch, and upgrade Guardium agents, supporting migration to version 12.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align monitoring solutions with organizational goals.
• Apply patches and manage traffic control, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure agents remain healthy.
Must Have:
• Hands-on experience with Guardium versions 10 and 11 (version 12 experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale environments, including deployments, patching, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of database activity monitoring and traffic control.
• Experience performing system restarts, patching, and applying upgrades in enterprise environments.
