Job Description
Build and maintain positive relationships with all guests in order to anticipate their needs, meet up to their expectations and resolve any queries/issues.
To maintain high level of product and service knowledge, special programs and events, promotional activities and schemes at Coffee By Di Bella and the ability to verbally communicate this knowledge in order to educate customers.
Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests and all promotional activities targeting guests.
Train, brief and assist all departments in being receptive towards guests needs.
Answer inbound calls regarding guest queries/complaints/service on the central line number of the company.
Visit multiple locations in a week to handle guest services and requests.
Great English Communication Skills.
Person Should be from Western Line.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
