The Role of Guest Services Attendant
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction as the welcoming face of the Front Office team
Contributing to a professional, innovative, and flexible team where service is a passion, not just a job
Supporting a whole-hotel approach to guest loyalty, ensuring guests feel recognised and valued
Assisting with daily Front Office operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
Creating memorable experiences that enhance the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality
Setting you up for Success
To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:
Prior Guest Services / Front Office experience
Excellent customer service skills with a genuine guest-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Five star hotel experience - advantageous but not required
