Job Overview:As a Gujarati Language Teacher at L.D. Matru Chhaya English Medium School, you will play a vital role in preserving and promoting the Gujarati language and culture among our students. Your teaching will help them become proficient in Gujarati and develop a deep appreciation for its rich heritage. You will create an environment where students can engage with the language, explore its literature, and gain cultural insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Gujarati language curriculum that aligns with educational standards and language proficiency goals.
Design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and language abilities.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to actively participate and communicate in Gujarati.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and technology to enhance language acquisition and cultural understanding.
Assess and evaluate student language proficiency through regular assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
Foster open communication with students and parents/guardians regarding language learning progress.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
Stay updated on developments in language education and incorporate effective teaching strategies.
Collaborate with fellow educators and actively participate in professional development activities.
