Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and their role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
Employee Relations & Benefits Administration :
- Provide support and guidance to employees on company policies, benefits programs, and leave of absence procedures.
- Assist with the resolution of employee concerns and issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Performance Management & Training :
- Assist with the performance management process, including coordinating performance reviews and development plans.
- Support training and development initiatives, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
HR Operations & Administration :
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Process payroll and other employee related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and filing documents.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (a plus).
