What You’ll Do
As a Gym Instructor at WSAC, you’ll play a proactive and hands-on role in creating an exceptional member experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide one-on-one support and expert guidance to members
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all fitness levels
Offer tailored advice on exercise techniques and motivate clients to reach their full potential
Design and delivering innovative, goal-based workout programs for individuals and groups
Monitor participation, correct technique, and ensure safety at all times
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the gym floor
Your presence will help shape a positive, energetic environment where members feel supported, confident, and inspired.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate professionals who bring:
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
A valid Working with Children Check
Strong customer service and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
Problem-solving skills and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Realibility, teamwork, attention to detail - escpecially around safety and cleanliness
Genuine enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and inspiring others
