Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an H R Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels in Amritsar. The H R Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
