We employ a research driven, people centric design approach to humanizing the workplace.We are currently seeking architect / interior designer for our Mumbai office. The successful applicant for this position will require the following:Responsibilities and DutiesResponsibilities:Engage in all phases of the project, including client meetings, concept design, design development, construction documentation, and project management.Developing proficiency in space planning, conceptual design, sketching and related documentation such as layouts, developing 3d views and specifications.Exhibit a keen eye for detail, assisting with the selection of material palate considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget.Translate detailed designs into construction-ready plans like technical coordination and drawing production.Demonstrate client management skills.Manage site administration tasks efficiently.Collaborate effectively as a team player.Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design3+ years of experience in commercial or workplace interior design as an architect/Interior DesignerStrong knowledge of all aspects of the design process; strategy, design, documentation & executionWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suit (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)Ability to work with a large project team, across geographically dispersed officesWe would like to communicate with interested candidates.
