Working closely with our Course and Pathway Leaders, you’ll plan, prepare, and deliver learning experiences that not only stretch and challenge our students but also inspire them to achieve their goals and take confident steps towards their future careers.
You’ll create dynamic lessons that bring together theory and practical application, ensuring our students gain a well-rounded understanding of the subject. From coaching principles to esports strategy and digital platforms, you’ll deliver content that’s current, relevant, and geared towards real-world success. You’ll also provide thoughtful feedback, guide students on career options, and help them build the skills they’ll need to succeed in a competitive and evolving sector.
Your role will see you working with a range of colleagues and industry partners to offer enriching opportunities such as workshops, guest speakers, competitions, and placements. These experiences help bring learning to life and give our students a valuable edge in their development. You’ll also play an active part in reviewing and improving the curriculum, contributing to the department’s high standards and continued success.
