Job Responsibilities:
Maintain complete books of accounts for jewellery business
Handle daily transactions, cash, bank, and ledger entries
Manage Tally accounting and ensure accurate data entry
Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L, and Trial Balance
Handle GST compliance – returns, reconciliation, and filings
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely returns
Prepare and file ITR and coordinate with auditors
Maintain records of gold, silver, and jewellery stock transactions
Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements
Assist during audits and provide required financial data
Skills -Tally, GST, TDS, ITR, daily transaction handling, balance sheet finalization, jewellery industry accounting
