Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage treasury operations, including cash management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a deep understanding of financial markets and regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and investor relations tools.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
