Key roles and responsibilities:
• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements & MIS including variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations and all statutory compliances for accounting transactions.
• Implement and maintain accounting software, systems, and Internal Financial Control.
• Coordinate with external auditors and Internal Auditors.
• Advise on cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement strategies.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant with 7 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing sector
• Should have managed a team
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IND AS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Advanced MS Excel
