Role : Accounts & Tax Head Qualification: CA Experience: 10-15 Yrs Job Description Overall responsibility for Accounting & Taxes :- Accounts Payable- Accounts Receivable- General Ledger- Fixed Assets Register and management- Monthly & Quarterly closing and reporting- Vendor & Inter Co Payments- Direct Taxes - Operations & Compliance- Transfer Pricing
- Indirect Taxes - Operations & Compliance- Statutory, ROC, RBI Compliance- Payroll - Responsibility to get clean audit report from one of the Big 4 audit firms- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and their application in day to day accounting- SAP FI module working experience.- Experience of 10-15 years- Independent head of Accounts & Taxation in a Medium size MNC.
