Job Purpose
Person has to keenly look into and fulfill various Projects / requirments by the Management in full capacity at desk and at site (Pan India)
ORGANISATION CHART
This position reports to Head Projects.
Key Accountabilities
Will have to understand the requirments from the Management and various people associated with the Family.
Should demonstrate exceptional skills to undertake the task till completion PAN INDIA
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Have to communicate with Consultants, vendors and contractors
Regular follow up with the stakeholders is a must
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Closely working with the Consultants and team members in the department
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Should have work experience in design and project Management of Infrastructure project and Public Utility Building, Institutional Buildings of minimum project cost of 300 400 crores of Indian Rupees
Other Dimensions
Single project of minimum 60,000 sq. meters or more development
Lead Design Team of minimum 10 persons from various disciplines.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture
Relevant Experience
Relevant and total years of Experience 15 to 20 yrs.
