• Head the Banking Alliances for the firm
• Act as the key point of contact with the CXO level folks in Banks/NBFCs
• Lead the Product and Strategy for the firm
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Business folks to lead the overall business and alliances for the firm
• Work closely with the operations and Risk team for product integration with the Bank
The Successful Applicant
• 10-15 years of overall experience in a leading Bank (Or Fintech) in an Alliances and Strategy role
• Tier 1 MBA (IIM A/B/C/ISB/FMS/XLRI) is must to have
• Strong Problem Solving and leadership skills
• Experience of managing a large team
