Position: Head Chef
Experience: 12-15yrs
Salary Bracket: Rs. 55,000-75,000
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise preparation of food, oversee and supervise all kitchen staff,management of kitchen stocks, staff safety, sanitation and hygiene, constructing new menus/ dishes, approval of dishes on menu, work with Sous chef of each kitchen, maintaining SOP of kitchen areas, Maintenance of food Costing and recipes, Fixing of Vendors and Costing with them, Maintaining of payrolls of staff, Arrangements of Repairs and maintenance of equipments, Degree in Culinary arts and Hotel Management, Have good understanding of Computer and Excel. Should have an experience in a similar role, specially in a standalone restaurant.
Skills Required:
Previously worked in restaurant space, especially managing multiple kitchens at once. Professional Appearance, Ability to manage staff, Excellent communication Skills, Attention to detail, Willingness to take initiative and make decisions , Ability to motivate staff, Punctuality, organised and trustworthy, experience in equivalent job roles.
