$85,000-$+5,000 Base Salary + Superannuation + Half yearly bonus

What you’ll do:
Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
Design and produce top quality food
Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What do we need from you
What you’ll need:
Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
Trade cooking qualifications
The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
