Head chef – London – basque style
Fulltime Position
Head Chef required for a high end Deli concept, that has a range of deli counters for take home and also sit in tables as well. This is a very funky operation, that has amazing looking display counters, they have a fishmonger and butcher, the food you be serving will be using the meats and fish from the counters. Head Chef, Chelsea area £50-55k, this is a new opening, you will be part of the opening team.
Structure: The deli concept has a GM and a Head chef from the Breakfast operation (we have already placed) and then this position – this is for the daytime and evening operation. Daytime is more counter/deli and evening more casual dining.
As a Head Chef you will manage the food side of the concept. You will ensure the counters are all set up and look amazing, you will be using Mediterranean and Spanish produce, there is a focus on basque style dishes. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a head Chef who is happy with the open kitchen style, talking to customers. You will manage the deli counters and also the food menus for the tables as well. You will be able to cook Mediterranean and Spanish produce.
