Position Responsibilities:
If you are a rare individual, who loves to play a crucial role in shaping the brand's narrative and effectively communicating its message, then this role is for you!
This role includes:
• Crafting compelling copy for various platforms including sales pages, website content, and sales/conversion emails to engage and convert target audiences effectively
• Reviewing & providing feedback across other team copy including social, paid ads, and operations
• Developing engaging content for weekly newsletters and nurture emails to foster customer relationships and drive engagement
• Writing content copy across podcast scripts, new course creation, workbooks, lead generators, etc.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to strategize and produce content that aligns with brand objectives and marketing campaigns
• Managing email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and conversion funnels across launches and evergreen
• Generating creative and persuasive copy for scripted content, such as courses and podcasts, to captivate and educate the audience effectively
• Developing brand messaging & ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels to maintain brand identity and integrity
• Regularly analyzing content and compiling weekly and monthly reports in order to monitor overall email, copy and content performance
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, with a portfolio of published work demonstrating exceptional writing skills and creativity.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a content marketing or digital marketing team.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation
