Description:
Lead the digital transformation of the organization for HP & AH to drive business outcomes and multichannel excellence by designing and executing class leading customer experiences using industry leading solutions.
Drive cross functional collaboration and develop active digital communities to lead overall transformation.
Drive a customer centric mindset within the organization to develop class leading customer experiences across different customer groups like HCPs, Patients, Payers, Institutions, Distributors, Retailers & Market Access stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design, implement & execute creative and effective digital solutions basis stakeholder requirement.
• Design, development & execution of digital multichannel customer plans including using content and channels excellence
• Governance of data, analytics and insights of digital platforms.
• Long-term project planning; working with production controller to develop and ensure resources are in place and projects timings are planned efficiently.
• Ensure that cross functional teams develop the requisite digital & multichannel orchestration skills and adhere to best practices.
• Build and develop the Digital Excellence team as well as the cross functional digital community to transform BI into a leading digital led player in the market.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in digital transformation roles with Post graduate degree in Marketing/Digital (MBA)
• Designing & executing the digital & multichannel strategy for an organization to achieve business objectives.
• Up-skilling the organization to use emerging digital technologies.
• Designing, executing and measuring marketing, communications and brand plans for the best customer experience & business outcomes.
• Building a sustainable & collaborative cross functional community that works together to drive business outcomes leveraging digital & multichannel approaches.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of digital strategies like marketing, communications and brand plans.
• Complex Problem Solving, Strategic Insight, Enabling Decision making through Stakeholder Alignment.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical skills as per the demand of the Business.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Influencing large cross functional teams & key decision makers without direct control.
