Job Description
• Devising India Region HR/ER strategy and executing same in collaboration with regional business and HR teams
• Program Managing entire POSH framework - IC constitution, members training, employee, e-learning module, awareness sessions and employee-related communications
• Handling ER cases and ensuring a fair and transparent workplace environment
• Building workplace issue redressal mechanism & conducting investigation where necessary
• Handling all establishment and payroll related statutory compliance's
• Setting up policy framework and identifying & rectifying gaps to be in line with relevant laws and best in industry practices
• Liaison with empanelled law firms for advising business and HR teams on various topics impacting ER dimensions and practices
• Program managing Employee Survey and outcome analysis discussions with business
• Leading Employee Wellness program focusing on physical, mental & financial wellness
• Key support measures for employees through major initiatives like doctor tele-consultation, policy interventions, strategic partnerships, vaccination drives
• Representing the company in various external Associations and Federations
• Designing new Workforce models for plants in India balancing business feasibility and legality
The Successful Applicant
• Looking at candidates with experience in Commercial ER or Corporate HR with one stint in Manufacturing ER.
• Should possess good experience in Unionised settlements, Compliance management, Disciplinary and compliance investigations, and should have handled LTS independently.
• Should have closely worked with Global Stakeholders, worked on Transitions and Change management, must be able to handle ER Audits.
• Excellent communication skills. Gravitas to work with Corporate leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with Commercial unions who are intelligent/different from Plant Unions.
• In plant unions more negotiation skills are used, whereas in commercial unions interpersonal skills are highly needed.
