Job Description
Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Maintain and feed experts to the SpeakIn Grow(C) SaaS platform
• Develop customized learning solutions and proposals in line with the client sector and their learning objectives
• Develop best practices to connect with prospective and current SpeakIn experts
• Conduct research and maintain research reports to ensure the expansion of SpeakIn expert network globally
• Engage with SpeakIn experts on an ongoing basis to ensure highest level of utilisation
• Create expert profiles using expert background aligned with the client needs
• Forecast which experts should be recruited across the trending, and evergreen topics, languages and geographies\
Ideal Experience:
• 5~7 years of experience in Management Consulting/ Business Research/ Secondaryresearch/ Learning Program Solution Selling
• Hands-on experience working on end-to-end consulting engagements. Exposure toB2B sales is a huge plus
• Strong client project management skills with proven experience in providingcounsel to senior executives. Preferably cross-cultural.
• Superior communication skills, including demonstrated oral, written andpresentation abilities
• Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn about new topics
• Ability to lead and scale a cross-cultural team
• MBA/ Master’s degree
