Role Overview:
Phoenix Business Advisory is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage the Core HR function. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing HR teams and implementing effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Oversee Core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, policies, and compliance.
Manage HR administration and office administration functions.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture.
Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Ensure proper documentation, employee records, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Core HR functions.
Strong experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Experience in HR Operations and Administration.
Demonstrated experience in team handling or team leadership roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: ₹454,284.10 - ₹1,609,674.74 per year
