15 20+ years of progressive experience in HR & Administration.
• HR Strategy & Policy Governance
• Formulate, implement, and continuously enhance HR policies and frameworks.
• Oversee manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organizational structuring.
Talent Acquisition & People Planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy.
• Define compensation frameworks, salary structures, and hiring packages.
• Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and cultural integration.
Compensation, Payroll & Performance Management
• Oversee performance management cycles, appraisal processes, and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate payroll management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus), and benefits administration.
• Strengthen reward & recognition programs to drive performance culture.
Employee Relations & Grievance Management
• Ensure effective ER practices to maintain a healthy employee management relationship.
• Lead grievance redressal mechanisms, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with leadership to uphold workplace ethics, compliance, and disciplinary norms.
Administration & Corporate Affairs
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies on statutory and compliance matters.
• Ensure implementation of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards, audits, and training.
Organizational Development & Change Management
• Strengthen communication frameworks, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Lead OD initiatives to enhance culture, productivity, and organizational agility.
• Drive change management programs through awareness, training, and stakeholder alignment.
Learning & Development
• Drive capability-building initiatives across levels through structured training programs.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Oversee induction, leadership development, and continuous learning programs.
