Job Description
Position: Head HR & Admin (Mumbai, Corporate Office)
Reporting to MD & CEO.
Role:
Ø Lead HR function, driving business growth and sustainability.
Ø Provide strategic direction for people and culture development.
Ø Implement talent management frameworks from hire to retire.
Ø Manage recruitment, performance, training, retention, and engagement.
Ø Oversee compensation, payroll, compliance, administration, and travel.
Ø Control recruitment, training, and payroll budget as per business plan.
Ø Lead manpower planning and contribute to long-term planning.
Ø Additional role as Ethics & Compliance Officer for code of conduct.
Responsibilities:
Ø Develop talent acquisition framework and hiring strategy.
Ø Oversee recruitment for all levels through internal and external sources.
Ø Drive employee on-boarding and induction programs.
Ø Conceptualize and implement talent development interventions.
Ø Design and execute learning tools for specific skills and needs.
Ø Manage employee development and performance reviews.
Ø Optimize compensation design and ensure legal compliance.
Ø Supervise office administration, travel, and ticketing.
Ø Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Ø Manage internal employee communications.
Requirements:
Ø Management degree with HR specialization.
Ø 15-18 years of industry experience(Manufacturing & Corporate with turnover of 1000 crs)
Ø 5+ years in senior HR position.
Ø Strong leadership, strategic, and execution skills.
Ø Startup experience is advantageous.

Salary: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
