MBA / MSW in Human Resources / Industrial Relations with 12 to 14 Years of total experience in HR role. Minimum 7–8 years in hazardous chemical manufacturing industry (mandatory). Strong leadership with ability to enforce discipline & compliance.

Expertise in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations (IR), Statutory Compliance, Legal, Talent Management, HR Operations & Administration. Excellent negotiation skills.
