Qualification - MBA
Salary- Upto 25 Lacs CTC
Age: - Not more than 35 yrs (Must)
Experience - 10+ yrs in manufacturing Industry.
Location- Jodhpur (Raj.)
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling Entire HR Operation- All Locations
• Monitor & Execute Recruitments, Employee life Cycle, Payroll, Trainings, Employee Engagement, PMS, Contract Billing and Audits.
• Manpower Planning and Budgets.
• Department Organization Charts and Position JDs.
• Employee Benefits and Rewards.
• Compensation Structure Management.
• Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle.
• Working on Management reports.
• Performance Management using KRAs and KPIs.
• Designing training calendar and coordinating learning and development activities.
• Conduct and Process HR Audits.
• Coordinate with IT for Process and Reports Development in SAP.
• Contract labour management (Agreement/Reviews/Payment Process).
• Monitoring Statutory Compliance for group companies.
• Initiating disciplinary procedure for misconducts.
• Vendor Management.
• Managing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare & General Administration.
• Handling Liaisoning, Office Correspondence, Statutory Compliance, Legal Cases & Disputes
• Preparation of Provident Fund statements and preparing the challans for remittance in time.
• Preparation of ESIC statement and follow up with ESIC Office.
• Preparation of P.T statement and remittance.
• Liasioning with PF, ESIC , Labour Department & PT Office
• Visiting Project Sites and Monitoring the Statutory Compliances and welfare activities at project sites.
• Joining and Exit formalities.
• Induction & Orientation.
• Formulating & Implementation of Policies
• Evaluating the infrastructure and related requirements on floor.
• Organizing employee welfare activities.
• Monitoring and managing admin staff.
• Drafting letters & Circulars.
• Making domestic travel & accommodation arrangements.
• Organizing Company Events & Festivals.
• Employee Welfare Activities.
• Preparing and publishing Dairy, News Letter & Yearly Calendar.
• Should be open to accept challenges .
Desired Candidate Profile
• A Masters Degree in human resources or a related field.
• Proven working experience as HR Manager.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills..
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and payroll laws in India
• Demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to follow detailed processes, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate a positive, flexible, proactive, and hands-on, can-do approach
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information, in a sensitive and professional manner at all times.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
