They are looking for CHRO having International experience in regions - Emerging Markets.
Ideally, 15-20yrs HR Operations experience in-depth experience in driving Organization Transformation, Change Management, developing Leadership and team Performance, Organization Design and Restructuring, Leadership Development and Rewards and Talent Management projects across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. With strong competencies in Strategic thinking and alignment, depth and breadth of functional HR expertise, stakeholder management in India and International locations.
