About Us:
Peregrine Tours and Travels specializes in employee transportation services. We are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic HR Head to lead our HR function, focusing on employee engagement, office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
Design and implement engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and address grievances effectively.
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
Develop and enforce office policies to maintain a productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to employees.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee engagement, office management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel
