Head - Human Resource - Plant/Manufacturing Firm (15-25 yrs)

1. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience out of which a minimum of 5 years of PLANT HR Experience
2. Should have handled multi-locational teams.
3. Will be reporting to Global Human Resources Head.
4. Creating and implementing the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management, and Industrial Relations.
5. Developing and implementing HR policies and setting up KRAs for the employees
6. You should have hands-on expertise in HR and Industrial Relations and should have managed settlements, agreements, and IR issues
7. Working with the leadership to manage the Plant HR activities
8. Planning, directing, and coordinating Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources
+. Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
10. You will be responsible to manage HR & IR for Pan India manufacturing units across all the group companies
11. Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters
12. Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and onboarding the right talent internally / externally, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on time. Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency.
13. Talent Development & Deployment Facilitate identifying, nurturing, and deploying talent effectively.
14. Partner with the Business Heads and Talent and L&D team to build people capability.
15. Drive active employee engagement, and be seen as a go-to HR implement specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, pulse sessions, VoE initiatives, etc.) that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied businesses
