Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Pune branch.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Design and implement HR policies, systems, and performance appraisals.
• Handle payroll, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Develop and execute employee engagement and welfare programs.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Maintain strong coordination with Jalgaon and Delhi HR teams.
• Ensure discipline, ethics, and positive work culture.
• Submit monthly HR reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• MBA / PG in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 7 - 12 years of HR experience (preferably in NGOs, education, or social sector).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HRMS systems.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
• Empathy and sensitivity toward diverse and inclusive environments.
