Job Description
- Define short term and long term HR strategy for the organization and as well as manage key HR strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with national, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes including employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Build a strong performance driven culture through appropriate HR interventions including talent management, learning and leadership development.
- Lead and contribute in strengthening the culture and key values of the organization to develop a strong and unique Employee Value Proposition for the organization. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Post graduate diploma or MBA in HR.
- 15+ years of experience in industries such as EPC, Real Estate, Manufacturing and other related sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with people at all levels, across multiple departments and in all geographies.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills and influencing skills. Relationships / Dependencies:
