Job Description
Looking for a Head HR for Emerging Markets in Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Someone who has managed at least one of the markets (LATAM, ASIA or AFRICA).
• A good HRBP + HR Generalist experience with 1- 15 Years of experience
• Reporting - CHRO + Head of Business
Location:
Ahmedabad
• Work Mode - 5 Days from Office
Note - Experience to managing emerging markets is a must have. Kindly do not apply if you dont have that experience.
Key Points:
• Talent Attraction in International market has been a challenge (competition and high attrition).
• Majority of the marketing is being managed from India. This role will build local capability.
• Experience in Local labour law & compliance is must.
• Someone who has worked under matrix reporting structure.
• Digital Acumen (SAP)
• Experience in HRMS Implementation would be added advantage.
• Preferably from a Pharma or Allied Industry with a setup in international markets
