Company - Leading Insurance Broking Firm Title - Head HR Reporting to - CEO Location -Head office - Powai, Mumbai. We are looking for 15+ years of industry experience in HR Generalist role. Role - T his role will articulate and drive the HR strategy and programs. As a leader of the HR, will be responsible for leading an efficient team in the design and implementation of effective HR systems, policies and practices across the company. Will be responsible through the life cycle of an employee in the organization, right from Hiring, Onboarding, Learning Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Evaluation, and driving organization culture and should be able to work together with the management on key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities - • Strengthen the recruitment process to ensure quality and speed of hiring to meet the business needs . Build innovative sources of hiring, and develop the capability of the business teams to ensure competency-based hiring. • Design HR policies processes that are aligned to the needs of different stakeholders. Review policies from time to time to ensure they are relevant and in line with the industry best practices. • Design competitive compensation benefits structure in line with business goals. Design, evaluate and modify benefits/ reward policies to ensure that policies are current and competitive. • Responsible for Leadership development and succession planning. • Build and maintain the current and future capability of employees and the organization through talent development. • Undertake development initiatives. • Closely work with the business teams to contribute to the core HR vertical i.e. Recruitment, Compensation, Talent management, Strategy and Development. • Build the HR function, collaborate with the Leadership team and key stakeholders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the organisation's objectives are met. • Anticipate HR issues and solutions as appropriate and also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch.
