• Incumbent will be responsible for all the strategic planning, employee experience initiatives for the company's multiple branches.
• Responsibilities will mainly include talent management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits management, transition management, business partnering, etc.

Only candidates from an AMC / Mutual Funds background will be preferred.
