Our client , a global player in reverse logistics and environmental compliances, Head Quartered in Germany, is looking for a Head of HR for their India Operations. Role and responsibilities : • Support leadership team on organizational design; • Work as strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved; • Monitor C&B structures, pay policies, and market trend to make necessary changes; • Review and manage any general affairs including office management and company activities; • Lead an effective recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent; • Lead and coordinate performance management system; • Identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training programs; • Change management process; • Prepares company handbook; • Ensure the strict implementation of the proper imposition of disciplinary action and POSH; Requirements: • A minimum of 15 years' experience in Human Resources • Candidate must possess a Masters degree in Human Resource Management • Change Management and Transformation Experience; • Strong experience in Statutory and regulatory compliances • Should have experience in compensation benchmarking , performance management systems • Must have experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures • Stakeholder management
