Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter specializing in the construction, mining, and equipment rental business, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for senior positions within both domestic and international markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the construction, mining, and equipment rental sectors.
• Understand the organization's workforce needs and create strategic plans to attract seniorlevel candidates.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Sourcing and Screening:
• Proactively source candidates using various channels, such as job portals, professional networks, social media, and industryspecific forums.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for senior positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, cultural fit, and leadership capabilities.
Selection and Evaluation:
• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of highly qualified candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage endtoend recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes, maintain candidate data, and generate reports for analysis.
• Negotiate job offers, develop compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
• Promote the organization's employer brand through various channels, highlighting the company's values, culture, and career opportunities.
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and tools to streamline and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably within the construction, mining, or equipment rental industries.
• Indepth knowledge of the construction, mining, and equipment rental sectors, including an understanding of seniorlevel roles, skill sets, and industryspecific requirements.
• Familiarity with domestic and international recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and legal compliance.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build relationships with industry professionals, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
• Demonstrated organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and other HR tools
